# Privacy Policy — Resowave

Resowave ("the App", "the Game") is developed by **Vadym Orlov** (trading as **Orlov games**).
This policy explains what data the App handles and how. Contact: **contact@iamorlov.com**.

## Short version
The App does **not** collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
It shows **no ads**, and it does **not** track you or use third-party advertising/analytics SDKs.
Your game progress is stored **only on your device** — there is no account and no cloud.

## What the App handles
The App keeps your game progress **locally on your device**, in the app's private storage:

- **Game progress.** Your earned stars, unlocked and completed chapters and levels, the equipped
  theme, and your settings (sound, music, haptics, language) are saved on the device so they
  survive closing the game.
- **No account.** The App does **not** create any account or identifier and does **not** sign you in.
- **No cloud / no servers.** This data stays on your device. It is **not** uploaded, synced, or sent
  to the developer or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes it.

## In-app purchases
The optional **Premium** content bundle is sold through **Google Play Billing**. **Google** processes
the payment — the App **never** receives your card number or billing details. The App only receives a
purchase confirmation in order to unlock the content you bought; the record of that purchase is held
by your Google account / Google Play.

## What the App does NOT do
- No ads and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics / usage-tracking SDKs.
- No collection of personal data (name, email, phone, contacts, photos, files, precise location).
- No cloud storage, accounts, or online leaderboards.
- No selling or sharing of data with third parties.

## Who can see the data
- **You** — your progress, on your own device.
- **Google** — only as the provider of Google Play (app distribution and, if you make a purchase,
  payment processing). Google may collect standard installation and diagnostic data under **Google's
  own Privacy Policy**; this is outside the developer's control.

## Security
Your progress is stored in the App's private, sandboxed storage on your device. Any in-app purchase is
handled over Google Play's encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

## Children
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

## Data retention & deletion
Because your data is stored only on your device, **you** are in full control of it: clear the App's
data in your device settings, or uninstall the App, to remove all saved progress. For any questions,

## Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
